Full Renovation of a Three-Bedroom Apartment in São Sebastião, Lisbon

The project involved the full renovation of a 180 m² three-bedroom apartment, located in São Sebastião, Lisbon.

The project, developed by RAR Studio, defined a new approach for the space, with RASA Engenharia & Construção responsible for the execution of the work.

More than a punctual intervention, a full renovation requires an integrated vision of the entire construction process, from the preparation and planning of the work to its execution on site.

The challenge was to transform an existing apartment into a completely renovated space, realizing the vision defined by the architectural project.

The result is a fully renovated 180 m² three-bedroom apartment, located in one of Lisbon’s most central and established areas.
