Website www.rasaengenharia.pt
Version of September 21, 2026

These Terms govern the access and use of RASA’s institutional website. The Website provides information about the company and its services and offers means of contact. It does not allow for account creation, payments, online contracts, or the publication of content by third parties.

1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as Terms, apply to the access and use of the website www.rasaengenharia.pt, hereinafter referred to as the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision, you must cease using the Website.
The use of the Website is also subject to the Privacy and Cookies Policy published therein, which regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies.

2. Operator identification
The Website is operated by MOOG, OLIVEIRA & SILVA – ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÃO, LDA., legal entity no. 515133841, with headquarters at Rua Hermano Neves, no. 18, Floor 3, E7, 1600-477 Lisbon, hereinafter referred to as RASA.
The general contact regarding the Website is geral@rasaengenharia.pt.

3. Purpose and institutional nature
The Website is exclusively institutional in nature. It is intended to present RASA, its areas of activity, services, projects, experience, news, and contacts, as well as to allow interested parties to send requests for information, contact requests, quote requests, or applications when the respective means are available.
The Website does not constitute an e-commerce platform, a reserved client area, or a means of executing services. The information provided therein does not replace a proposal, contract, project, technical opinion, or advice tailored to the specific circumstances of each interested party.

4. Access to the Website
Access to the Website is, as a rule, free and does not require registration. The user is responsible for having the equipment, programs, connections, and communications services necessary for access.
RASA may suspend, limit, or interrupt access to the Website, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, security, fault correction, or for other technical or operational reasons. Whenever reasonably possible, it will seek to reduce the duration and impact of such interruptions.

5. Information provided
RASA seeks to ensure that the published information is clear, correct, and up to date. However, content relating to services, projects, teams, availability, deadlines, technical characteristics, or other matters may be changed and must be confirmed directly with RASA before any decision is made.
References to projects, images, plans, graphic representations, areas, construction solutions, schedules, or results are for informational purposes only, unless expressly stated in a contractual document. Differences may exist resulting from project evolution, legal requirements, client decisions, or technical constraints.

6. Contacts, quote requests, and applications
Sending a message, contact request, quote request, or application through the Website or the contacts indicated therein does not obligate RASA to accept the request, present a proposal, hire, provide a service, or admit a candidate.
Any proposal, quote, award, or contract depends on the analysis of the request, the confirmation of relevant elements, and the conditions that may be expressly communicated and accepted by the parties. Silence, an automatic response, or mere confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance or the conclusion of a contract.
The user must provide true, current, and relevant information and must not send personal data or documents that are not necessary for the purpose of the contact. When communicating third-party data, the user must have a lawful basis to do so.

7. Permitted use
The user may consult the Website and use its contents for legitimate personal or professional purposes related to the evaluation of RASA and its services.
Except where the law permits otherwise or with prior written authorization from RASA, the user may not:
– copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the contents of the Website;
– remove or alter authorship notices, trademarks, logos, or other mentions of ownership;
– use automated means to collect, index, extract, or reuse content systematically;
– attempt to access areas, systems, servers, accounts, data, or features without authorization;
– introduce malicious code, interfere with the operation of the Website, or bypass security measures;
– use the Website in an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive manner or in a way likely to harm RASA or third parties;
– present the Website or its contents in a misleading way, including through framing, association, or the appearance of unauthorized sponsorship.

8. Intellectual property
The contents of the Website, including texts, photographs, videos, drawings, plans, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, design, organization, code, and databases, belong to RASA, its group entities, the respective authors, or third parties who authorized their use and are protected by applicable legislation.
Access to the Website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user. Viewing and, when technically available, the occasional printing or saving of content for legitimate private or internal use is permitted, provided that authorship and ownership mentions are preserved and there is no commercial exploitation.
The use of the RASA name, trade names, trademarks, logos, or other distinctive signs depends on prior written authorization from the respective owner, except in cases expressly permitted by law.

9. Links to other websites
The Website may include links to third-party pages, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience or as a reference and do not mean that RASA approves, controls, or assumes responsibility for their respective content, availability, security, practices, or policies.
Access to third-party pages is made at the user’s decision and expense, and the user must consult the terms and policies applicable to each service.
The creation of a link to the Website’s home page is permitted, provided it is done in a lawful, fair, and non-misleading manner, does not harm RASA’s reputation, and does not suggest a non-existent association, approval, or sponsorship. RASA may request the removal of links that do not comply with these conditions.

10. Availability and security
RASA adopts reasonable measures to keep the Website available and secure. Nevertheless, it cannot guarantee continuous operation, free of errors or entirely free of harmful components, particularly when communication failures, third-party acts, maintenance, updates, security incidents, or events beyond its reasonable control occur.
The user must adopt appropriate security measures on their devices and communications, including keeping programs updated, using protection against malicious code, and verifying the authenticity of messages received in the name of RASA.

11. Liability
The use of the Website and the general information published therein is carried out under the user’s responsibility. Before making technical, commercial, financial, or contractual decisions, the user must request information appropriate to the specific case and confirm the relevant elements with RASA or qualified professionals.
To the extent permitted by law, RASA is not liable for damages resulting from decisions made exclusively based on general information from the Website, from interruptions or temporary unavailability, from use contrary to these Terms, from third-party acts, or from access to external content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liabilities that, under applicable law, cannot be excluded or limited.

12. Personal data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the Website and the use of cookies or similar technologies are governed by the Privacy and Cookies Policy published on the Website. This policy identifies, among other aspects, the purposes of processing, the legal bases, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects.

13. Electronic communications
Communications made by email or through forms may be subject to failures, delays, interception, or alteration inherent to communication networks. The user should not send confidential information, especially sensitive data, or restricted documentation through general channels without first confirming the appropriate means with RASA.
The user must confirm the authenticity of payment requests, changes to bank details, or other instructions with financial impact through an independent and previously known contact. The publication of contacts on the Website does not authorize the sending of unsolicited commercial communications.

14. Changes to the Website and the Terms
RASA may change, remove, or add content and features to the Website. It may also revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of use, with an indication of the respective date. When a change is materially relevant, RASA may highlight it on the Website or use another appropriate means of communication.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be applied to the extent legally permissible or, if not possible, shall be severed from the rest. The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and the use of the Website are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable legal rules, without prejudice to mandatory rules, legally recognized consumer rights, and the use of out-of-court resolution means when applicable.
