We work with two models adapted to the needs of each project: in the Lump Sum Contract model, we assume the full execution of the work and all its coordination; in the Open Book model, we guarantee greater transparency and cost control, allowing the client to clearly track the investment throughout the project.

RASA Engenharia & Construção Lda carried out, between October 2024 and March 2025, the contracted works at Travessa Maria Judite de Carvalho 48, 2750-824. During this period, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, care, and constant monitoring of the different phases of the work. In June 2022, I awarded RASA Engenharia & Construção, Lda, the contract for the full rehabilitation of an apartment of approximately 180 m2 located at Largo do Corpo Santo in Lisbon. The project, featuring very refined architecture, required extreme precision in finishes from RASA. The work took place in an environment of partnership, ethics, and commitment. Whenever possible, I recommend the RASA team. The project was selected to be part of Open House Lisbon 2024, an initiative of the Lisbon Architecture Triennale and Open House Europe. The architect responsible for the project, after the completion of the rehabilitation, asked me for the honor of opening the apartment for an exhibition weekend, given his pleasure in being able to showcase his architectural design as well as RASA's corresponding rigor in execution. The exhibition was a great success with over 250 visitors.
Between January 2022 and April 2023, RASA Engenharia & Construção Lda. carried out works in my 150 m² apartment, located at Rua do Salitre, no. 42, 1st floor left. It was a very complex job due to the characteristics of an old building, which required significant experience and specialized knowledge. I consider that RASA Engenharia & Construção Lda. proved to be very professional at all stages of this complex process. Rasa Engenharia e Construções Lda was hired by us to execute two projects under our management: 1. The first was a full rehabilitation of the penthouse apartment located at Avenida da Liberdade 40, 7th floor, in Lisbon in 2020; 2.
