RASA Signs New Contract to Remodel 4-Bedroom Apartment in Restelo, Lisbon

On July 31st, RASA Engenharia & Construção was awarded the contract for the renovation of a 135m² 4-bedroom apartment, located on Rua Alcolena, in Restelo, Lisbon. The project, designed by the Nuno Nascimento architecture firm, marks another step in the consolidation of RASA E&C in the residential renovation market in the Portuguese capital.
Situated in the western part of Lisbon, in the parish of Belém, Restelo is one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, recognized for its tranquility, abundant greenery, and proximity to historical landmarks such as the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower. The area is known for the quality of life it offers, its residential streets, and the strong presence of embassies and large residences, making it a prime location for significant renovation projects.
