Vistabella Oeiras – Project Supervision and Management

Vistabella Oeiras is a new residential development comprising two five-story buildings, with a total of 76 apartments, ranging from T1 to T4 unit types, and 14 T4 houses.

With a development area of 29,922 m² and a total construction area of 18,472 m², the development also includes a playground, a private club for residents, and a tree-lined urban park.

RASA undertakes Construction Management and Supervision, overseeing the development’s progress and ensuring control of the different construction phases and various stakeholders.

Due to its size and diverse features, Vistabella Oeiras represents a large-scale project, where housing is integrated with leisure spaces, green areas, and amenities designed for its future residents.
