Amadeus 7 – Project Supervision and Management

Amadeus 7 resulted from the transformation of an existing two-story building into a new four-story residential building, while maintaining the original facades.

With 706 m² and 11 apartments, including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, the project required close monitoring of construction and rigorous coordination of the different phases of work.

RASA undertook the Construction Management and Supervision, overseeing the project’s execution and ensuring control over the various stages and stakeholders.

The result is a new residential building that preserves the identity of the existing facades, integrating a new configuration with four stories and 11 apartments.
