A villa built from the ground up
The project consisted of the ground-up construction of a 272 m² 2-bedroom duplex house, located in Moitelas, Sobral do Monte Agraço.
The architectural project, developed by BAG Architecture, defined a new house designed from scratch, with RASA Engenharia & Construção responsible for the execution of the work.
The challenge was to realize the vision of the architectural project, ensuring rigorous execution and close monitoring of the different phases of the construction process.
The result is a 272 m² 2-bedroom duplex house, built from the ground up in Moitelas, bringing the solution defined by the architectural project to life.
